UL provides monitoring and consultation services to a wide range of companies that need to comply with supply chain security recommendations in accordance with the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). Since the inception of the C-TPAT in 2002, UL has provided monitoring and consultation services to a wide range of companies to meet value chain security recommendations.
UL offers a range of advisory services to help customers develop a C-TPAT supply chain management program including Five-Step Risk Assessments, supplier training and remediation, and the creation of best practices manuals and starter kits.
UL’s brand protection services help customers to proactively mitigate risks associated with the counterfeiting of products or the unauthorized subcontracting of manufacturing activities. In addition to supplier brand protection risk assessments and unauthorized subcontracting investigations, we also offer destruction verification and mystery shopper services to mitigate grey market diversions.
